A new café has been opened since October 2015 at Polus, and bears the name of the French writer and essayist named Henri Beyle. The inside of the café is designed in the style of his famous novel The Red and the Black. The café is located on the ground floor of Regent Street.
The outer part of the café is a library and visitors to the center can use this section as a relaxation zone. For Polus, we decided on it simply because such a zone was missing here. What we were striving for is a place where people can come to relax, so it is more than just a traditional café.
For our customers, we offer a wide range of desserts - liqueur spires, cream cheese rolls, honey cake, French cream, chestnut cream meringues, caramel cream puffs, cheese tarts, etc., the premium coffee brand Julius Meinl Cream Caffé, mixed drinks, yogurt cocktails, ice cream as well as some small snacks like toasted sandwiches and panini.
