What is a Gift Card?
The VIVO! Lublin Gift Card is a pre-paid card that can be used at all outlets in the centre that accept MasterCard*.
Where can I buy it?
You can buy the VIVO! Lublin Gift Card at the Information Desk on the ground floor of the shopping centre, or online at www.flex-e-card.pl. You can load the card with any value from 30 PLN to 4,000 PLN at the Information Desk, or 50 PLN to 4,000 PLN when purchasing online. The card is issued immediately.
How long is the card valid for?
The VIVO! Lublin Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, or until the amount on the card is spent.

You can check your balance over the phone by calling
